Browns rookie DE/OLB Ausar Walcott was arrested and charged with attempted murder Tuesday.
Walcott went undrafted out of Virginia before getting a tryout with the Browns. He allegedly punched a man outside the Palace Gentlemen's Club in Passaic, New Jersey. The man remained hospitalized in critical condition as of Tuesday. Walcott has been charged with first-degree attempted murder, second-degree aggravated assault and third degree endangering an injured victim. It's not his first incident -- Walcott was suspended while at UVA when he was involved in a fight. The Browns will be releasing him shortly.
