You worked hard for that assistant manager position (or you know I love to call you, the "ass. manager"), and it's a shame someone would try to discount what you've achieved by calling you lazy.
You've worked hard, saved money, and even bought a trailer (have you finished paying it off, yet ... I know you were close).
I won't ever discount going to school, but not everyone can go to school, get an advanced degree, or start a successful business.

Yup... paid it off with all the money I won this past football season from the tips @handicappers gave me!! It’s nice to have friends like him and you. I’d rather be uneducated and have friends than have a college degree, lie about my professional achievements and be lonely bitter old man.

Dude is straight up money! I’m lucky he’s taken me under his wing all these years. He really helped me when I was at my lowest. I’ll never forget it!

I was even able to donate some winnings to one of his favorite charities. It’s called KaBOOM. It’s dedicated to helping children.
