First of all, how did you get the impression any Cardinal fans are bitter and angry? Every post you have about the Cardinals had huge attitude in it, so obviously it is going to generate an aggressive response.
Huge attitude? All I've done is share opinions. Little sensitive aren't you? lol

I will say this.. It is a tough day for Cards fans because WE LOST OUR STARTING QB FOR THE YEAR. So if there was a time to be bitter and angry regardless of record, it would be today. However I still have not got that sense from any Card fan posts. There may be bitter responses to your posts because again, they are fill with attitude toward the Cards.
Always sad to see franchise QB's go down, even for a rival. No one wants to see that.

Again, I'm not sure where you are getting 'attitude' out of opinions.

BTW- If you lost Russell Wilson for the year, would you be bitter or angry? Just curious.
I would be quite disappointed because I would also be realistic in knowing any hope of a deep playoff run isn't likely with Jackson at the helm.

I'm not sure where you are getting that I said any of you are bitter because of his injury. I said you are acting that way toward me, especially when you have to make shit up. Never claimed it had anything to do with your QB situation.

Finally- Did you read those links you posted? Because none of them say there won't be a drop-off with Drew Stanton. One says the offense won't change, meaning play calling will stay the same. And the other says "Stanton is a game manager. As long as he can take care of the ball and move us down the field we'll be fine". Were you expecting those posts to help your point or hurt it?
So the offense will be the same doesn't mean no drop off? :L  Who needs help with reading exactly?

Saying he doesn't have to play well for you to win also sort of suggests no drop off in production.

If you aren't saying that then simply say so. I asked a question based on several posts around a few different threads that at least appear to suggest some of your fans don't believe Palmer's loss will mean anything to your season. The inference is there. All I said is that tells me they didn't think much of Palmer to begin with. Sorry if that opinion confuses you.

You are a wizard at manipulating what people are saying. Who said Stanton doesn't have to play well accept you? He said the offense will stay the same, meaning the play calling will stay the same. Why can't you comprehend that? Both QBs are familiar with Arians system, so the play calling won't change.

What Cardinal fans know is that the Cardinals play like a team. There is no standout player just a collective team effort. We have all seen quality backups lead quality teams in the past. Jeff Hostetler, Doug Williams, Trent Dilfer, Kurt Warner, Jim Plunkett, Tom Brady, Earl Morrall, etc. These were all backups until the starter got injured. I'm not saying Stanton is any of those guys, I'm just saying he is a quality backup that can lead a team. He is 3-1 in games he played this year with the one loss at Denver when he got a concussion and had to leave the game in Logan Thomas's hands.

I know you don't want to hear this, but the Cardinals are going to be fine if Stanton stays healthy.

And I know for some reason it really bothers you when others have a different opinion.

I understood what was said just fine. Again, if you don't believe that way then simply say so and leave it at that. No need to be all bitter and angry.

Why you people care that some might not view your team the same way you do is beyond me. Didn't give a shit who thought Seattle was legit last year and still don't. Stop taking it all so personally. I don't hate your or your team. Don't really hate the Rams either. I just think your team is due for some coming back to earth. So deal with it.

O rly?

Your last 25 comments on the Cards didn't convince us that's the way you felt, thanks for clarifying!

It's a discussion forum. If everybody said great opinion I agree, it would be awfully boring in here. And your attempt to try and make me sound bitter or angry is admirable but a failure at the same time. :suds:

I keep hearing your fans say the drop off to Stanton isn't much? :noidea:

If this guy was good enough to be an NFL starter he wouldn't be a backup on your team.
Of course there will be a drop off. Enough to cost you games? That's yet to be determined. It WILL have impact on your defense as well. If you end up punting more it puts your defense out more which tires them out and etc..

Losing your starting QB is normally the worst position you can lose on the team. To say you won't have any drop off means Palmer wasn't that good. At least that's what I'm getting when I hear that.

you aren't really that naive?

That sucks for Palmer, especially since the play looked so mild. But people tear their ACL with celebrations and such, so it can really happen at any time. Seemed like he was finally coming into his own on a good team with deep playoff possibilities. Not saying they won't make it now, but sucks he won't be a part of the attempt. Hopefully he can make the recovering but it's not easy.

I don't know what is crazier. Thinking a 3rd string NFL QB can't be effective or giving Jay Cutler a 7 yr deal with a 54MM signing bonus.
