Yes. I just wish I had confidence that Josh Byrnes, et al had a plan they were going to stick with. I don't understand paying Quentin and Street a combined $16.5M but then we make a move to get veterans of a Norris or Correia quality. I feel like we accomplished nothing this season toward winning next season. Is our farm system better? We don't have a single pitcher in the pipeline who can come up and make a spot start? Save the money and pass on scrubs like Norris and Correia.

I'm so sick of Volquez. Five innings from him is a gem and I hate the whole attitude, hat turned sideways, chewing gum like an animal, acting like a prissy bitch on the mound, sauntering off the mound back to the dugout like he couldn't be the least bit interested.

That's the difference in Headley from last year to this year. Last year he'd have had 2 RBI in that situation.
