Headley would look good in Dodger Blue.

Just a thought but shouldn't the Padres only move Headley if they can get young talent. You can't build with old talent.

Yeah, but we're talking about the Padres. We need a #5 starter right now so all options are open!

Also watching the Padres try to get something going against the D'Backs and Heath Bell in the bottom of the 9th. Arizona is leading the NL in blown saves.

Pads could probably have their pick of Capuano, Lilly or Beckett.

Giants down 4-0 in the 8th. Always nice to see the Giants back out of first place.

Padres now got 1st and 2nd with Mark Kotsay coming up.

Lilly is overpaid as is Beckett. Capuano has an option for next year and that it. How do any of these guys help you build?

I bet Cardinals so I'm pretty much set. Looks like I'm going 4-4 on the night. Bet Pens, Pacers +6.5, Tigers -1.5, and Cards.

I need to get in the vBookie threads more. Sunday's game is super intriguing for betting.

I want to see what the odds are and then think about it at least. 1.7 ERA against 1.3 ERA.

Two good pitchers mean anyone could win, I only bet when I have a strong feeling. That's why I bet against the Twins tonight, 10 games losing streak now I believe.

How much you got on it?
I had 200 on the over of 7.5 runs. Didnt expect the Dodgers to get shut out. Oh well. Real fan first, fantasy fan a very distant second

Didnt expect the Dodgers to get shut out.

Really? I expect that every game and am surprised when it doesn't happen.

Dodgers have the worst offense in baseball. Kind of pathetic when you think about it. They should be a lot better. I don't understand why Colletti, Mattingly & McGuire are still employed. This team is such an embarrassment.

And it makes it so much worse now that the Angels have turned things around. Now it's us and us alone as BY FAR the biggest disappointment and biggest underachievers in all of baseball.

You do all realize that we are going to lose at least 5 of our next 6 games right? Maybe Kershaw can pull out a win on Sunday if the Dodgers can ink out a run. But we are definitely getting swept by the Angels because they always beat us, they are hot, and most importantly Kershaw doesn't pitch in any of those 4 games.

When the Dodgers are 19-33 with the worst record in baseball and having just been swept by the Angels can Mattingly finally please be fired!!??!!:gaah:
