NO WAY!!! Me too! What was your surgery?

Had some cartilage damage in my knee, had micro fracture surgery. Not too bad, not a lot of post-surgery pain, but I can't put any pressure on that leg for six weeks. My armpits are already sore from the crutches.

Good news is, when this is all recovered, I get to do it all over again on the OTHER knee. Yay.

It was, and there's one...

Hit a skate and got the lucky bounce, but sometimes that's what you need to get back into the game

As shitty as they've been I'll take all the luck we can get.. I know that's sad but we've been really bad!:(

Lots of pressure from the Flyers this period, and Boucher is actually stopping the puck, unlike Bob.

Yeah, I get lazy though, and end up leaning on them when I'm just standing there. Gotta stop doing that. I'm good when I'm moving.

You got it easy man! I have a joint disorder which cracks form in the cartilage and the bone. This time they went in, scraped it, poked at it, determined it was stable enough to not have to remove it, and put 4 screws in to keep it stable...I was on crutches for 6 months 2 years ago, and hopefully I won't be on them for 6 months this time, but who knows? I probibly have the same thing in my left knee, but they haven't even checked yet....

Brian Engblom is sitting in Coatesy's box, sporting Coatesy's hairdon't, and has the pedal to the metal heading straight into Pierre McGuire territory.

I liked Brian when he still had hair.

Yikes, that sucks! I feel for ya, man. I had a bone tumor in my foot when I was a Freshman in high school. Not cancerous, but bad enough to require multiple surgeries and over a year on those damn sticks. It was long enough that some of my classmates thought I had some sort of deformation and was on them permanantly...not good to be known as "crutches-boy" in high school.

Seriously, though, good luck with that and I hope it's not as serious this time!

Thanks man but actually its more serious this time, just might take less time to heal because there was less indecision this time.

Stupid joints, don't they know they're not supposed to get all fucked up?

Flyers definately the aggressors this period. Caps need to get off their heels a little bit.
