Both of these teams are 2 of the hottest in the league right now. Caps are coming off a loss in Detriot on Wednesday, but had won 9 straight prior to the loss, while the Devils are on an amazing streak of 23-4-2 in their past 29 games. The devils need every point they can get being 6 points out of 8th place, while the Caps are looking to try to catch the Flyers for the 1st overall seed in the East.

Nicklas Backstrom says he is ready to go tonight, but BB says he is still a GTD. He centered the 2nd line durring practice alongside Sturm and Semin, while Mojo centered the top line with OV and Knuble and Liach centered the 3rd line. Neuvirth should be back in the crease for the 2nd straight game. Time to get right back on the winning side Caps...

I went to Heinz Field and could barely tell there were Pens' fans there! Some people in black and gold kept chanting about the "Steelers," must be their AHL squad.

When I hear them both on TV, seems the Caps' fans are always louder than the Pens' fans. Of course, that could be because the Pens never beat us when they're home.
