Im probably wrong but I heard they are now at 50 players signed on NHL standard player contracts ... thats the maximum ... they cant acquire or sign another player without making a move

as for Raffi ... I would give him some time in the preseason with the Sedins and see what happens ... I thinking thats what Torres has on his mind after hearing Burrows will be out for at least the first month of the year.

and as for Burrows I saw Botchford tweet Burrows is out another 2-3 months ... the labrum injury is the same one that Demitra had last year

I like this signing I like it alot. unless he turns out to be sanford like (re: he stones us when he played against us and just becomes fast as a stone when he plays for us)
