The leagues I play in favor the QB giving them 6 points for a TD pass- so Manning Brees Rodgers will be first rounders . After the 3 top RBs, 3 qbs, Graham, Calvin Johnson- it gets dicey for me. I have never been a big fan of Forte on my fantasy team. I think both Lacy and Ball are top 10 ish

I have a similar scoring system league. PPR and 6 point to the QB....12 teams
9/10 QB's will be gone by the end of round 2.

Gerhart is another I'll be glad to let someone else take. Hope he goes early...

I think this kid will work down there. 300 touches, 3 down player and has the lower body to be a GLB. The way I look at it is if you can take 3rd downs away from AP, you've got talent. I see Michael Turner v2.0 once he found ATL, but better hands. I think he's top ten this year ppr, maybe even standard.

I'm a believer in taking QBs late. I draft Romo a lot but I play in 4 point QB TD league. With that said, if I was in a 6 point league and I had the 1st pick I'd go Manning over anybody.

I see your point Jarntt. I've never take a #2 TE that early. I guess I was just looking at my perspective with keeping Gronk. I see what you're saying.

There is no possible way, in my opinion, that Gerhardt is a top 75 point scorer. I could be wrong but big, power RBs that aren't fast twitch fiber guys aren't effective full time backs. I haven't seen one since the 70s. We shall see if Toby G can do it.

I had 1st pick last yr and I took AP. Ive been in this particular league 3 yrs now. Drew Brees gets you in the money. I would think Peyton is the same way. I thought I got a steal in the 3rd round with Brady. Not so much. The Romos, Staffords, Ryans, Rivers are all good for overall, but the consistency with Manning and Brees has been unmatchable. I would say Arod is in the same category but he was hurt last yr. The Cams, RG3, Wilson can win some weeks by themselves but some they can get you 5 points as well.

The 12 team leagues are awesome. Unfortunately Im in 2 10 team leagues. Actually one of them is a 40 team league divided in 4 10 team divisions. To me the best league is a 12 team with a Flex position.

Yeah, I always struggle with passing on Brees in the 2nd round. We play 4 pt per QB TDs but I hate not having a stud.

Anyone play any national online fantasy football leagues? I've played the NFFC the last few years and really like it. I did the live draft a couple times, but you need to be free that weekend and near one of the draft spots.

Google nffc fantasy football. There are many different types of challenges. I usually do the "online challenge" because I like the draft date/time flexibility and the chance to win "overall" prizes

I know I mentioned it earlier but Im serious about the fantasy forum on this board. Its almost like some of those guys live for it. TREF , tlance, Bariko- just a few names of the ones that are always willing to answer any question you may have. Im sure some of them play it. Heck they had a draft last yr after their original draft in which you couldnt pick anyone up that went in the first 15 rounds. Basically a team full of backups.

I really don't go by others opinions in FF. I spend a decent amount of time on it and have found that a lot of people still don't understand how different every league is based on the scoring systems.

I agree with the scoring thing and believe me they have all bases covered. What do you mean you spend time on it? What do you do?
