honestly ?? you don't think its at least a little screwball to suggest that what has been will always be ? many of you dont seem to realize that football is a TEAM game...as far as "teams" go, you have very very little history on "Peyton Manning as Bronco's QB" So to suggest that there is a preponderance of information to support your opinion is naive at best and pure trolling at worst. At any rate, it certainly isn't intelligent football talk. Apparently you just like to blab to see yourself blab.

So what about Peytons horrible decision of a pic 6 that lost the game in OT? Peyton has a horrible playoff record with good teams. Look at his playoff stats the year he won the superbowl.

I don't know how any hype is undeserved. They added very good pieces to a team that was a few bad mistakes from beating the Super Bowl champions. The hype isn't on a couple games this year. They have to be the heavy favorites right now.

Who have they beaten? The Giants are terrible and so are the raiders

Don't care about stats. I also dont care what Peyton did or didnt do before becoming the QB for the Bronco's....like I said, football is a team game. The entire Bronco's team stunk in last years playoff game...no excuse for that, and no reason to blame it all on Manning. Who would have thought that Bailey, after having a great year would be as terrible as he was in that game either. Bottom line for me though is ....it was Mannings first year in Denver, he hadnt even played football for over a year, the Bronco's narrowly made it to 8-8 the year before. I didnt expect them to win a Superbowl . But I was happy to watch them win 13 games throughout the season. No team is going to win the Superbowl every year, but that doesnt mean that any fan would prefer to watch their team get their asses kicked throughout the season either.

All that was said was the truth. Be a fag and call me a troll for saying Peyton Manning has more one and done's than any QB in history, including last year in a Bronco uniform. Okay, you win. The Broncos are a mere artifact of their schedule and Denver and PMFM are incapable of winning a playoff game, much less a SB. As others have pointed out, legends like Tim Tebow and Jake Plummer couldn't get it done, so clearly it is mere folly to think that the Broncos are capable of winning it all this year. Awesome thread.

Not really. I just don't believe in crowning a team champs after their last 2 wins came against a team that is 1-2 and 0-3.

really ?? isnt that "contender" a 1-2 team ?? where as the Ravens and Giants are the last two Superbowl winners. when was the last time the "contender" won a Superbowl...and for that matter, you own team has beaten three teams with a grand total of 2 wins between them. describe how that is impressive

Find me one person (outside of Ravens fans/Giants fans) who actually think either of those teams would be contending for a superbowl?

As for the Saints yeah the teams have beaten only have a combined of 2 wins but nobody is acting like the Saints are the greatest thing ever....The Saints are not even playing great on offense.

I wouldn't want my team to hit their stride in September anyway.

It's week 4 nothing is a guarantee, but the fact is Denver is playing great and like you said with that schedule the look like a lock for the post season. But like you also said the post season is different. Some teams improve over the season and team get worse, but most improve. If you think Denver it at it's peek then then there is only one way to go. I personally think even with the easy schedule they will get better as the season goes on, unless injuries happen. It's a long season and no Denver isn't a lock to win the AFC or a single playoff game, right now they are not even a lock to get in the post season so let take a deep breath and let the season play out?

I have no more idea than you do whether or not the Bronco's will win any Superbowls anytime soon. I plan to enjoy watching them play for however long they play through the season.
You may have noticed I don't "rock" any avatar, as I'm not really into avatar games, and that isn't likely to change anytime soon.
