C.J. Spiller or Le'Von Bell?

Who should I start? I was just able to pick up Bell and according to the "projections" they are about to get the same amount of points so I am a little unsure who to start.

Bell v Lions

Yeah he has been great for me one week and then completely disappears the next!

Don't forget though the Lions do a good job of holding rbs in check. Forte only had 4 pts in standard leagues last week. Food for thought.

Is go with Bell.. Not Be use I think he'll have a good week but because 20+ touches will give him a much better chance than Spiller ' s 5-10..12 If he's lucky.

Bell gets the ball guaranteed, not the better player, but touches=points..........id rather get the guy you KNOW is gonna get the oppurtunity

Bell. He's more consistent. Plus, even if Detroit's frontline is full of monsters, Pitt has thrown to Bell out of the back field so he should get touches regardless. Spiller is just too much of an unknown. He shouldn't be any more than a flex at this point
