Maxwell is a decent corner but part of it is playing with the rest of the legion of boom, Seattle's pass rush, and Irvin shutting down mostly everything within 10 yards of the LOS.

Everyone is bashing Simon for the SBOWL play but REALLY!? The guy has to come off the bench, Seattle's D-Line was destroyed, and Simon was injured for a good portion of the year. Jeez. It's like everyone expected him to be the second coming of Sanders.
