Think this is a very important game. The next 9 games to close the month out, 7 are at home and 2 are on the road.

Palat is out 3-5 weeks and both Paquette and Stralman are questionable. Nesterov & Blunden have both been recalled.

Vasi was first off the ice so, looks like he will start in goal tonight.

i'm wondering that as well bolt this lightning team is really terrible so far and boring! it's like this teams energy and passion died after the loss to the blackhawks in game # 6

Again I don't think the Lightning played a bad game, it certainly wasn't a 4-1 game. The first period the bolts were flat, no doubt about that but I think the Lightning played well in the final 40 minutes of play. The Bolts got chances but the puck still doesn't want to go in for them at the moment.

I think they played with a lot of energy! Too bad they looked like a dog chasing it's own tail. Put the twins back together, triplets or whatever. Again the defense struggled to move puck from our own end. Transition game stunk and they gave Buffalo way to much room to roam. This game was a classic example of the new NHL and the faster game. The Bolts needed old fashioned hitting, hip checking and player removal from puck!

I understand at the end of the day it's all about the results but I don't think the bolts have played that bad, they don't need to change much in my opinion in terms of their game, the pucks just aren't going in at the moment. In my opinion the Lightning fortunate will change, the question is when will it change?
