yes, i stayed up for the entire game...asleep at 1:30, up at 6.

im beyond exhausted

hell of a game by both sides...bruins blew a 3-1 lead, had a ton of legit chances in OT...if only daugavins had just put that rebound home instead of being fancy...thorntons break...marchands breakaways...

that game was a treat, even tho the bruins lost...there were some good signs...like beating chicago on a PP, something they had been 95% sucessful at coming in

the one glaring error by the refs...the blatant too many men on the ice no call, basically an entire shift the blackhawks got away with with 6 guys on the ice

how that was not called is beyond me

bruins in 7 indeed...they exposed a lot of holes in the hawks game, like they did to the bruins

one lucky bounce off ference in the 3rd, one bad bounce in the 3rd OT

CHICAGO — Bruins right wing Nathan Horton left Game 1 of the Stanley Cup finals with what appeared to be an upper-body injury suffered on a power play in the first overtime and did not return. After the game, Claude Julien offered no update on his status.
“Nothing right now because there’s nothing to say because our doctors haven’t finalized the evaluation properly,” Julien said.
With Horton out, the Bruins played Tyler Seguin on the top line in his place. Seguin would appear to be the only option for the spot, as Rich Peverley has to play center with Gregory Campbell out.
