Since he's been in there our offense has done some things we havent seen in years score more than 38pts and come back from 21pts and win a game on the road. Not saying its him but our offense has some style to it. Miller should start for the rest of the year in my opinion over Norris

we're fortunate Alex Smith played well - relatively for him - from game 1. so then it was a matter of the O-line coming around? they started this season poorly but by game 5.........played much better. was especially happy with the run blocking.

just don't regress and we'll be competitive.

smith is moving towards his potential. it can take 4-5 years of starting for a qb to get there and smith had a shoulder injury in the middle of his development. what's fortunate is we didn't trade for kolb
