Pretty obvious the Browns went to go 0-16 so they can lock up Darnold and turn another QB into a bust after Kizer somehow busts. It's the Browns way....
Nah, the Browns way is to pass on the top QB prospect, trade down and then take a QB no one else is looking at late in the first round

I'm looking forward To watching the Browns this year. Last year they played high energy football and were in a lot of games it seems.wore out in the second half though.
I think 5 wins.
Good luck (except for the Panther's game )

Myles Garrett should be great but we'll see if the greatness comes right away. I had him pegged as a guy that needed to work on technique a bit more but it also wouldn't surprise me if he lives in the pro bowl.

I probably wouldn't bet on them having a top 10 pass rush and I think there is an outside chance they have the worst secondary in football.

that distinction will belong to the Cowboys.

You're Cleveland, you can't even shit talk. If you're gonna banter, you gotta go full self-depreciation.

lol.

In reality, I'm looking at next season being the one they can actually compete in the division (assuming Kizer is average-to-good...i know thats a massive assumption for browns qbs).

This season, though, I think their defense will be quite good and their offense should be good enough to eek out a handful of wins. Might even surprise a team or 2 along the way.

Goin with the over... Aside from their opener, their first half of the season is pretty damn easy IIRC. And that's not including games against the Jags & Bears. They could get a Flacco-less Ravens team in week 2, and a Luck-less Colts in week 3. Jets in week 5, and Texans in week 6. They could have at least 3 wins in that first 6 game stretch.

The schedule has a lot of baddies on it. That's why i went with such a high number in browns terms.

Browns have seemingly turned the corner. The upper management is working things masterfully IMO. Getting value for scrubs while they can & while they are still rebuilding. Letting some of their best talent go seems unwise, but look at the nucleus they are building. They are freeing up future cap space in order to keep that nucleus together. Its smart team building even if its unpopular at the moment.

Don't forget about the season opener. The Browns play a real push over this year.

Pretty popular right now tbh. Last year it wasn't popular because all the fans were panicking about losing everyone. This year the only lost name was Haden and it was somewhat expected. They even tried to keep Pryor.
