Hitner walking this year is so reminiscent of Goldson walking.
Except I was much more worried about Goldson leaving.
Both got waaaaaay overpaid, both went to crappy teams, and both got flagged too much for unncessary roughness.

I'm surprised we jumped the gun and signed Bethea so quickly. I guess the FO wants experience. I would have been ok with going with a rookie SS drafted in a high round.

Goldson was overpaid. Sometimes teams with alot of cap room chose to spend that money unwisely.
