So many weapons... yeah they really need Julius Thomas to break out as well... Going to be tough to stop them.
Well Peyton looked like he hasn't missed a step. He got a lot of help from the ravens though, including a horrible non chalange from Habough on a clear non catch by welker that seemed to swing the game in the broncos favor. I need to see a little more from both teams before I make up my mind about them. But Peyton did look sharp
Its funny, I really didn't think Manning did anything exceptional. Guys were wide open all over the field and the YAC was incredible by Broncos recievers. Broncos offense Is going to great but still need to see more.
Only the greatest QB of all time could throw for 450+ yards and 7 TDs and be referred to by an ignorant message boarder as "anything exceptional".....lol
You know I think it's a testament to his greatness that it didn't really SEEM like a record breaking performance. It was so surgical, so precise, that it almost felt pedestrian.
I mean, did it really feel like the kind of performance that most of us have never seen in our lifetime? Not really, at least not to me.
The irony of you post is that I've been debating with Bronco fans for the better part of a decade that manning is a faaaaaaaaar superiority QB to Elway.....now you get the oppurtunity to see it with your very own eyes.

Nothing annoys me more than when people dismiss greatness.
Poke holes in Baltimore's defense if you like, but there have been plenty of shitty defenses, many worse than Baltimore throughout the years that other QBs failed to throw for 7 TDs against.
Interesting to see that every football media site there is has expressed some level of amazement at the results of last nights game. Every single pats fan on this board however has basically described it as ordinary at best. keep that in mind November 24th, I doubt your team is even half as good as Baltimore.
it's only scary in the regular season, postseason is a differnt beast and well we know how Peyton does in the post season.
