Just fire Olivo. Woods obviously deserves another year and I think VJ does too unless Elway can pull someone like Jon Gruden or Jim Harbaugh away from Michigan. It would be incredibly dumb to fire VJ and then bring in another inexperienced coordinator, and there are no failed first time HC's ready for a second chance I think are ready either.
