I was kinda shocked he got fired in Miami, he wasn't Don Shula or nothing like that, but appeared to be building something. RIP to his career, hate to see these issues still so prevalent.

he may have killed his NFL coaching career in the immediate future. He could easily take the Michigan head coaching job if Harbaugh goes to the Vikings. If he does good there, he could be back in the NFL in the next 5 to 10 years

Yeah my first thought is why didn't he wait to get hired before doing this. He does seem to have a pretty strong case, that's pretty damning stuff if it can be proven.
