I'm gonna ride the same train I've ridden since he came out of college. Bruce Carter.

2nd I'd take Lee
3rd Ware

and we better hope like hell Frederick.

I don't see it at safety..... but I damn sure cry if one did ,

Lee and Ware pretty well established, I'm not sure they can breakout.

Barry Church will be rock solid if he can stay healthy

sure they can.... If Ware Stays healthy and is allowed to just pin his ears back and rush .... he could break the sack record.... He's been close TWICE already.

Lee stays healthy and I think we've only seen the tip of the iceburg with him ..... I also feel the same with with Carter though.... Which is why I have them as one and two. (staying healthy is the key)

Dez seems the logical pick but I'm going with T. Smith.
Ware is darn near abusing him in early camp and that will prove to be a very good thing

This is my choice as well. He was taken high in the draft, first year he was out of position, second year he had to adjust to the left side again, this year no excuses. Time to take the next step and become a pro bowler.

I think Dez broke out last half of last year.... expectations are already high on him.... and we went and got more weapons to spread the ball around to.

Hadn' thought about Smith ... nice pick .. going against Ware everyday is only making him better.

I'd stick with Carter and Lee though. 4 linemen in front of them instead of three.... alot less wear and tear on their body than in the 3-4 ...

Remember how Zac Thomas was in the 3-4..... half of what he was in the 4-3... They are making the opposite switch

Jason Hatcher. Had a solid year last year, if he plays 16, will be a pro bowler

The Breakout players need to be Claiborne and Carter on defense....Carter was already on the verge of breaking out. On offense it needs to be Harris and Murray. If alone one break out player it needs to be Clairborne.

See I think Murray has already established himself as a number 1 back. For him it's a matter of staying healthy because when he's on the field he's a top tier back.

It would go a long way toward putting our D at the top of the league if Mo can become a true shutdown corner.

I agree and hope its Mo. He was decent last year and has been shaky in TC so far- but he is going against a top flight WR everyday. I think certain people like Dez have already arrived. When I think of breakout players, I think of Miles in 09, Llaurent Robinson in 2010, Sean Lee in 2011, Carter in 2012. I actually chose Church last year for this but of course he was injured early.

Murray if your coaching staff commits to the run and if he can stay healthy.

If murray has a breakout year, it is only because Frederick goes beastmode.

sorry but you're clueless anything Ware, and just working to draw attention to yourself. The topic was breakout player and my guy was Smith
I give a truthful, honest answer about my feelings regarding Ware the past couple weeks, and I'm trying to get attention. Wow. Thanks a lot. I guess I should just go back to bashing Jerry all the time instead and hope and pray we don't have to wait another 16 years.

It's just that your feelings about Ware have been well established. It's not so much that everyone disagrees with you, it's that you feel the need to interject that opinion into every thread, regardless of how relevant it is. That is called derailing a thread and it is frowned upon at Sportshoopla. Now if the topic at hand pertains to Ware, or the DLine, or something that would invite your opinion of him, great. However, this is a thread about breakout players so there is no need for you to rehash your opinions of him.
