Just heard this.
Had my radio tyrned down for a coference call. 104.5 said either the Browns are stating they made the offer and the Titans are denying it or the other way around.
I only barely caught it before I could turn it up.

FWIW, the Titans have come out and are denying this report.

If this were true, I feel so bad for browns fans. Is another homeless person talking to Haslam?

I don't think both their firsts would be enough. #12/19 I think for #2? They're still another 500 short of the #2 according to the trade value chart. I'd think it'd require a 3rd as well or a 2016 2nd.

No it would likely require next year's first as well.

Man... Why organizations feel the need to reach on QB's by giving up draft picks is crazy... It fails WAY more times that it works out... Your gambling the future of your team on one prospect... STUPID....

The Browns aren't moving up to the #2 spot.

No team drafts a QB in the 1st round of a draft one year and then sells off their entire next draft to go get one the following year. Even if that QB is currently in rehab.

And... next year you won't be able to say that...

More and more people are saying the Bucs would be better off with Mariota. And taking the current Heisman winner over a past heisman winner would not be anywhere near the biggest surprise in NFL draft history.

More and more people are saying the Bucs would be better off with Mariota.

People say that to get web hits IMO.

No one who knows anything about football would pick Mariota over Winston for any reason other than they are scared of Winston's baggage IMO. These two QB's shouldn't be earning anywhere close to the same grade as the other.

It is why I will still be a little surprised if Mariota goes #2 overall. He is flat out not a good enough thrower of the football to have this type of hype surrounding him IMO. People thinking he is a legit top 10 QB IMO are making the same mistake they are made with a guy like Gabbert (looking at an inflated comp % from screen plays and thinking he is accurate based on a number rather than actually watching him throw).

Cleveland should stay where they are and keep 12 and 19.

No...blow them both! Go balls to the walls for him.

So far TN is saying there has been no offer, but it's getting to be fairly clear that TN wants out of the #2 spot if the right deal comes along...#12 & #19 for #2 sounds right to me.
