I don't understand how it's possible to walk someone when the umpire has a strikezone the size of a barn. Take advantage of those expanded corners. Most teams have hitters good enough not to swing at shit over their head or in the dirt. Our team isn't one of those teams, but most teams do.

my guess is there's plenty of room @ Turner Field these days. I'd venture to say that if this keeps up, opposing teams will be filling as many seats as the Braves.

Honestly, I doubt I go to as many games as I normally do this year. It's a long drive and a lot more traffic than I get at home.

Next season, the new stadium will be rockin regardless of the product on the field.

I hope we can, but I don't see it happening. At least another week while they investigate his domestic situation, and he'll likely be facing a suspension after that.

Too much baggage for a 31 year old "prospect" with only about a month of mediocre at best Major League experience.

Teheran started to struggle a bit in the inning though, walking a batter and allowing a hit and a lot of full counts.

Might be some of the worst situational hitting I've seen after that. The fielder's choice wasn't that bad, and Peterson for Freeman is a good trade off on the base paths, but the failed hit and run was a killer. Kept us from clearing Teheran.

Guess that's the mark of a horrible team. When we score some runs, our pitchers suck, when we get a good game from our starting pitcher, we can't hit for shit.
