Goff still probably has to prove he can be effective down the field consistently. Jimmy G has the same question mark.

I think they'll both be pretty good at it, though.

Cooks was definitely a dangerous receiver with Brees and Brady throwing to him. He's young and talented.
Patriots passed on him because Bray would throw a perfectly TIMED ball to him, a little off the mark and he'd get alligator arms. Too expensive to be giving up on balls.....

Rams are all in. It works, they're geniuses for awhile. They'll have a very good field stretcher for awhile.....

Doesn't off the mark pretty much negate that a ball was perfectly timed?
