This is what I suspect. Garoppolo gets his chance for several games.
NFL Player's Union would appeal and it would likely easily be overturned. They can fine the Pats for not making the attendant available. Similar to Stickum Gate in San Diego when the ball attendant resisted complying with officials - $25K fine.
why? Wouldn't Brady have to appeal? And how would it get overturned without new evidence? I think it will be more, simply due to Spygate.
The report says that the team and coaches didn't have anything to do with this. Brady "probably" knew "something". If the league tries to suspend Brady, my guess is that he sues the NFL. Gets an injunction to suspend the season until he's either exonerated or proven wrong. The Wells report would be the most evidence that the league would have and it states that there is no physical evidence, everything is circumstantial.
I haven't been able to find the complete 243 page report, but I figure it'll show up online pretty quick.

........hopefully Troy Vincent takes it easy on us,........I hope Kraft sends some "bling" troy's way $oon......!?
I have a hard time seeing him get suspended. There seems to be so much missing from this report, that the NFL might have an issue. TB agent has the entire interview written down, and Wells left a ton out. Not good at all for the NFL. I am willing to bet, there is some type of lawsuit in the works for a defamation of character out there. The Wells report took a player who was considered by many to be the GOAT, now he is a scrub. Now if he did it and lied, well that is all on him.
