I don't facebook, so I cannot read straight from there but a link on USA Today...

Tom Brady rips the NFLs Deflategate decision on his Facebook page | For The Win

Brady says his phone was broken, he got a new one and destroyed the old one only AFTER informing the legue and Wells and offering to help in any way.

I still support him.
He's too smart too have pulled a retard mistake like that.
Thank you! Leaking bullshit has been Goodell's MO throughout this process.

Could be Blount if BB lets him play. He showed up to camp at 250 lbs and failed the conditioning test. Hope he's just fighting a cold and couldn't run.

??? Really?
I thought I read that he showed up the leanest he's ever been and is out to prove he is the lead back.

The settlement hearing next week should prove interesting. Both Brady and Goodell will be there. Goodell's hopes for a quick "rubber stamp" decision from the NYC judge appear dead in the water. Kraft has gone back on the offensive (for now). Still concerned about Brady's phone but with Kessler as his attorney, I can't imagine that is not somehow covered. I think that Kraft thought that he had a "verbal" or "handshake" agreement with Goodell that, if he took the team punishment, the NFL would go easy on TB. If so, Goodell stiffed him. He (Goodell) wants to look strong after being excoriated for being too soft in past decisions. There may be a middle of the road settlement (maybe one or two games) if Brady can still deny culpability and just say he is backing down to get it all over with. With the judge's edict, I can't imagine either side digging in and refusing to budge. As for the Pats, losing a first round draft choice is not that damaging, considering what they've gotten in the first round over the last several years. Jones and Hightower in 2012 are the only two I can think of.

I very much disagree regarding the draft pick. Losing a first round draft pick hurts big time. Malcolm Brown could potentially be a huge addition to the team. Also, the Pats could've used next years draft pick(pick #32 in the draft) to trade it and move back and get more value. They weren't just screwed out of a first rounder. They were screwed out of the ability to trade if for some later round value. The loss of the draft pick was huge in my opinion.

Day 1 of camp he wassn't there because he failed the condition test. The other practices that he did attend I also heard even though 250 he did look lean and was running like a beast. Let's hope that keeps up? Chances are the way the D is built the Pats will need to ccontrol the clock. Pats also need someone to run for 200+ against the Indy Bitches again.

I love it when people say Brady was trying to have the transcripts sealed.

Single most damaging aspect of this for the league:

In his testimony, Wells cited the attorney-client privilege between himself and the NFL in responding to questions posed by Kessler.

How can Goodell claim an independent investigation when the NFL is his client and members of Well's firm were advising the league during the appeal?
