We took out Carson Palmer. Knocked out Denver WR Emanuel Sanders and now Romo is saying he broke some ribs vs the Rams earlier in the season. Who else am I leaving out?

Williams' defense is finally gelling except for that horrible prevent D that leaves a 10-yard hole right behind Laurinaitus. Williams needs to stop calling it and stick with the success that has developed. Part of the problem earlier in the season is that guys were not understanding it and several were out of shape with Ogletree being the most notable. Now that C. Long is back, this is a D that has elite status on its radar. The good part: They are very young. Look-out the rest of the league!!

The bottom line is that, Quinn and Donald deserve to be in the pro bowl. This defense has the makings of something special.

Romo hurt his back in the Washington game, but came out and told everyone he has broken rib/s after beating the Bears last Thursday and it happened somewhere in the Rams game.

The defense right now reminds me of the days of Rosey, Merlin and company. I don't see it stopping this week against the Cardinals on Thursday night. It could be the Rams coming out party. We all know what that has meant over the years though.

Blue. I agree. This D also reminds me of the seventies D's that had the Youngbloods, Brooks, Olsen, Dreyer, Robertson, Reynolds, Rod Perry, Pat Thomas, Mike Fanning, and so many others. Badass to the core and so is this D.

Speaking of Emmanuel Sanders, the Bills drew a 15 yard penalty for a very hard, but shoulder-to-shoulder hit on him. If noodle-arm Peyton keeps hanging him out to dry, he's not going to be around much longer than Manning. Of course, Sanders got up an bowed after the play, so I wonder how much more ref protection he will get.

The Rams have been working on putting together one hell of a scary defense for a while now and Williams was just another part of it. I thought we would of seen a strong stingy defense to start the season but for what ever reason they came out slow and confused. Then when Long went down it messed everything up even more. Hopefully the defense is NOW for real and they are finally getting what Williams has been teaching. I wouldn't toss the Bounty gate card on the table...in my opinion that whole thing was a joke fueled by sissy boy politically correct espn talking heads and a joke of a commissioner the NFL has in Goodell.

Since week 9 the Rams defense has had 28 sacks, 9 interceptions, 9 forced fumbles, 6 fumble recoveries, and has allowed 9 points per game.

In the last two weeks not only shut out opponents, but also didn't let them get in the red zone either.
