There would be plenty of teams interested, I believe, but I think the Bruins would be looking to ship him to a Western Conference team. Haven't checked if Marchand has a NTC or NMC though.

With the Sharks trying to make a shakeup, that might be a good fit

Agreed, but I just think it's been ugly for him this season, maybe the Bruins are getting somewhat stale? I know it's only one series loss and it's easy to go down that road, but maybe they need to let one of the younger guys take his role? Maybe less of the extra curricular stuff and more of trying to produce offensively

I like what Subban said. Everyone was saying "OH PK is saying nothing was said". No. PK Said "I don't want to talk about it, He was upset." That means Looch said something to him too. But PK Gets it. What it's about.

Watching that lucic handshake, reminds me of my childhood days of playing hockey where you always had the one stupid immature kid who would go down the handshake line saying "you suck" to everyone

Yeah, that kid was on my team this year. 25 pushups after every drill the next practice cured that real quick. "Before we start today boys, I have to talk about the handshake line. ____ said 'you suck' to everyone as he went through. So he will do 25 pushups at the conclusion of every drill today. If I ever see anyone else do something similar, it's 30 for you next time. On the line."

Then in the room after practice we had the respect discussion. And how someone may say that to them one day. Even if they are just retaliating, I come down on my guys if they disrespect the handshake line.

I wouldn't mind getting rid of Thornton and replacing him with a hard hitting fouth liner. We don't need a fighter anymore. We need to keep the team mentality and the grit going forward. We don't need a superstar nor do we need the dumb antics of a few players.

Also lol @ some of the comments on the previous page that we are the trashiest team in the league.

I think Krejci's time is up as well, time for some young blood. Marchy, as mentioned by Dash, should be shipped out West like Seguin, he'll do better out there.

Our defense is fine. Chara is still playing great, Krug and Dougie continue to grow. Bartkowski takes dumb penalties, he needs to drop that.

i think you just nailed the team for Marchand. F$%K Dallas (and him) would be a great spot for him, or even St Louis.

going to be an interesting off season, I would think this is a major disappointment to Bruins management.

I dont think he was very good ... could be injuries as speculated in this thread but he missed Seidenberg alot imo , who would have taken alot of the defensive reponsibility load off of him

beer league , we had this guy that was a pretty decent player but puck hog, shift hog, all teh worst of the worst, during our playoff series best of 5 game 1 he was a fucking nightmare all game, just terrible. we were asking the ref to give him 5 and the gate for minor things. HE WAS ON OUR TEAM. he was such a prick that we even couldnt deal with him, he would take 3 1/2 min shifts and float for 2 1/2 mins of them. he would be dirty and sneaky and mouth off every time. at teh end of the game he tried to convince everyone on the team not to do the handshake line (you do it everygame as we all know) he actually tried to physcially pull guys out of the line as we lined up and started swearing at the other team. We didnt think he would show up game 2 he did, started teh same shit, we kicked him off the team in the 1st period. the other team all banged their sticks on the ice when he left the bench, we never saw him again.

Ive never seen that before in that type of league.

These playoffs, no, I agree. But regular season play he was excellent. He is a workhorse, but we need to start spreading the minutes out a little more.

Weise was moving by him and Lucic pulled him back with soem force to say what he said to him ... if Weise says "oh nothing happened" postgame, does anyone honestly think that stops the media attention ???
