Playoffs are completely different. Especially with the Kings. Not saying the Hawks wouldn't beat them but the Kings are different than any team in the NHL lately.

Ofcourse. History has shown though that the Hawks for whatever reason matchup well with LA. I think it is the difference in skating.

Although a bit erratic, the current Kings team is a bit different. They have the ability to completely shut down teams. My point isn't that Chicago is doomed in any terms, but that they're certainly not a shoe in to win it all with some of the teams that remain. There's also that Lundqvist guy who can steal a series (thought it'd take a lot of stolen games and a Conn Smythe performance going forward for basically the rest of the postseason).

I guess so. The Bruins though would have about a 50-50 shot. I think Hawks are favored vs anyone else tho.

Yep, I don't want to play any team from California in the playoffs.

I do know that it wouldn't be anything but an awesome series and either team can dominate. The Hawks are unreal offensively when they are in that zone and the Kings are the defensive version.

I mean, holding has been a popular call tonight, what was Desharnais doing to Chara?

Anybody elee think Boston doesn't win this game? They have made their living off wins like this, it is just hard to go against them

Improbable that habs can keep taking all this sustained pressure for the rest of the period without breaking

Gianta and Desharnais have played a great game tonight. Big plays from both those guys.
