How is it compared to last nights? Serious question

Could've mauled a kid last night and gotten away with it. 3 PPs all night, one 4 on 4 coincidental minors. Sure as heck weren't calling some of the little stuff that's been called tonight.

I really hope the Canadians win. The Bruins are the only team that can beat the Hawks.

To be fair, that's mostly b/c there were a lot less penalties last night.

There were plenty of stick infractions that could've been called both ways, and a handful of interference/hits away from the puck, etc. There's been at least 3 in this one tonight that I'm pretty surprised were called. The Marchand one to start, was awful. Both the holding the stick calls I was a bit surprised, just considering the way the game was called last night was what I expect in a game 7.

Pacioretty better hope the Habs win. His bonehead penalty might have just started a Bruins stampede

Ummm...after their last series against the Wild, I actually think they showed their vulnerability. They won because of the talent gap, but they were outplayed often. The possession numbers were ugly in half the games they played against Minny.

Across the board here, these are calls you see in a November matinee between the Devils and Wild, not Game 7. That's what baffling me.

Basically what this dude said, RE: penalties.

Minnesota was a bad matchup for them. In the end though, they found a way.

You best hope the Kings don't get out of their series than, because they're in a similar mold...except they have game breakers, unlike Minnesota.

They dominated the Kings 4-1 last year and won all 3 this year vs them.

Playoffs are completely different. Especially with the Kings. Not saying the Hawks wouldn't beat them but the Kings are different than any team in the NHL lately.

Although a bit erratic, the current Kings team is a bit different. They have the ability to completely shut down teams. My point isn't that Chicago is doomed in any terms, but that they're certainly not a shoe in to win it all with some of the teams that remain. There's also that Lundqvist guy who can steal a series (thought it'd take a lot of stolen games and a Conn Smythe performance going forward for basically the rest of the postseason).
