Glad to bring you amusement. I was serious. Montreal is leading the series, and rightfully so, the Bruins aren't playing the way they were in the reg season. However the Habs are playing Bruins style hockey, and beating us at our own game.

The problem is of course the Bruins are afraid of playing that style cause they end up in a parade to the PB. Which of course the Habs excel at.

Catch 22. Damned if you dont and damned if you do.

Game 4 is where it is. The Bruins need to bring the pain and make Montreal hurt (not injury related) and play Bruins hockey.

I have full confidence they will.

It seems an aspect a lot of teams take for granted about Montreal is their toughness and ability to hit back. In the past, Habs teams have been soft and very breakable. Under Therrien, they seem to have a thicker skin

Whew, nothing us ever easy is it?

They don't have a lot of size at the forward position, but I don't think this team is soft.

Did you guys think PK did it deliberately? I thought he was just trying to get to the puck quickly and nudged it. I thought they made the right call.

If he did it was stupid. Habs were not doing well in the face off circle at all. Giving them an offensive zone faceoff with 10 seconds left - not smart.

Luckily from my point of view it didn't hurt. PK has step up big time, he's been awesome.

It's early, but PK Subban may be the front runner for Conn Smythe. I mean, he's been the best player in the postseason to this point, obviously he'd need to get his team to the SCF to actually win the Conn Smythe.

Nobody near him, and he makes that play 100 times a game without brushing the net. Completely intentional. I'm wholly behind the Habs in this series but that shit annoys me.

Bruins better start stepping up or this will be another in a long list of major disappointing loses to the Habs in the playoffs. Bruins falling behind in each game is certainly not their style. Rask has to be better.

I don't think he did it intentionally, but that's merely because he was all alone with the puck and 10 seconds left, much better to get it out of the zone than risk a d-zone draw.

Saw that Lucic won't recieve supplemental discipline for the spearing incident (which I think is probably right). A fine probalby would've been relevant, but there's been a plethora of cheap shots this postseason. By not fining or suspending all those nut shots they've set the tone moving forward. I hope they at least call these guys and tell them they're being watched closely or something...

so does Weise want to be a hockey player or a rock star? it seems he is butt hurt that no one in Vancouver would recognize him if he was in an elevator? What is more important to Weise? being a team player or recognized in the city? Im glad hes gone

Between him and that Moen cheap shot on Iggy in the dying seconds last night, there's plenty of stuff for the Bruins to draw motivation from heading into game 4 tomorrow night.

Fraser's take on PK dislodging the net last night...Man, it would have been exciting if the ref would have awarded a penalty shot to the Bruins.

Fraser: Explaining Subban dislodging the net in Game 3

I don't think he did it intentionally, but that's merely because he was all alone with the puck and 10 seconds left, much better to get it out of the zone than risk a d-zone draw.

IMO it was 100% intentional and he knew exactly what he was doing. If Chara did the same thing I would not feel anything different. Smart play. The Bruins had the goalie out and was setting up shop and PK knew it. Cause a delay and stop the setup. Smart play.

As far as a ref actually making that call in Montreal...lmfao I have a better chance at hitting powerball than that happening.

Is that what the video of Weiss supposed to be, bad celebration? I honestly didn't know the point of the video after watching. What is different between that and Lucic's empty net celebration? Another Bruin was pounding the logo after a goal earlier in the series too. (Krug maybe). I was going to make a joke about Cherry complaining about it like he does for some players but forgot.

For the record, I have no problems with any of the celebrations I've seen in this series.

I'll take the Polish Gretzky (Mariusz Czerkawski) over the Dutch Gretzky (Dale Weise) any day of the week and twice on Sundays.

Former Hab too.
