Wings can't hang with the bruins and the bruins have some diving players but it doesn't matter they are too good and have way better goaltending.

Montreal's a really good team actually and they've had success against Boston this season but I tend to agree with you on that point, all that off time is going to come back and bite them - I don't know why everyone thinks all that time off is great, you become rusty again and a team like the Bruins will exploit that

I guess I should gone into more details on that point but this is one of my reasons, I also worry for. I treat that price is not playing his best and they will need that against Montreal. Gionta and Briere will face some serious size and strength that they didn't vs Tampa

Even if Boston end it in 5 didn't they start 2 days later than Montreal.

Yep even if Boston does finish it out today, they started two days later than Montreal and ended up finishing four days later than Montreal, so Boston wouldn't have as much rust

I wouldn't be too worried about guys like Danny Briere and Brian Gionta, they've faced competition like that in the past and they've thrived - Danny Briere's played Boston before in the playoffs(a little different team then, but still mostly a physical team) and thrived - the issue will be can P.K. Subban limit his mistakes and play a smart game, because you know Boston will - to me that's key - and Carey Price will need to be at his absolute best - I guess the rivalry does make it a bit more even but Montreal will have to be great and it'll be hard for them to do that unless they start off well

I'm interested to see how the Monster plays in this game and if the pressure gets to him - either he'll play great or Boston might shell him

so howard is injured then no flu? the monster going in and playing well on short notice is one thing, having 2 days to think about it is another. should be interesting

I read yesterday that he's going to back up the Monster, so I guess healthy enough to dress as the backup, but not good enough to start

Look at the way his right skate hits the ice after he launches himself to the ice with his right skate. His right knee and ankle twist in opposite directions. I had the same thing happen to me the 1 and only time I tried skiing. I still feel it on cold, damp days.

Such insecurity I sense. When talking to Boston fans one must always remember to say their team is better. Or they berate you as seen on this thread or call you a whiner. The problem is that being a better team and being diving classless putas is not mutually exclusive. Boston is a better team. A team full of divers like Chara. See his game changing dive.
