Reddick K to BB ratio is better than it was last year this season. Never mind the fact more than 81+ games a season he hits in canyons like Oakland and Seattle.

He hit better in Oakland last year than on the road....by 50 points of OPS....

His last 52 games last year... .209/.249/.374 add that to this year? And you basically have a half season of him hitting like complete dog shit...

He's a good platoon OF'er...which is precisely what scouts thought of him at the time of the trade...

i agree that he's a RF'er than Arencibia is a catcher (all around)...but he's little more than a platoon OF;er....due to his streakyness...

Thankfully for Oakland, they're playing well right now in spite of Reddick's struggles. Uggla lead the NL In walks last year and barely hit over .220, if that means anything.

Nope....we agree on his defensive abilities...I was comparing his arm to Dwight Evans back in the day...and still do...it's THAT good.....and he has the range of an average center fielder...

makes occasional bonehead routes on some flyballs and misplays them as a result...but he's a plus glove in RF...

He's just a horribly inconsistent hitter at the plate...
