Ra who do you want to replace Bo

I haven't spent any time looking. However, I wouldn't start with big names that are going to cost $5 million a year. I would start with the mid-majors and non-blue bloods. Pay him in the same range that Pelini is getting paid and if he wins a CCG then pay him top 10 money to keep him.
There won't be any threat for a Nebraska coach to be taken away who isn't winning CCG's anyway.

Bo is affordable, but you don't see anyone trying to steal him away.

Until Bo is let go, I won't waste my time trying to figure out who I'd like to see replace him.

It's my opinion there are at least 20 (lesser program) FBS coaches that could do at least what Bo is doing at Nebraska and would be damn thankful to have that opportunity in their careers.

Yea it's just that Bo's seat is as comfortable as anyone's in the country.

It is the belief of the big donors and the big sticks inside the Athletic Department that we just need to be patient.

I honestly do believe we will see Bo retire here. He ain't goin anywhere so I want to see him let some folks go.

He's not likely to do that though. He's already had opportunities to do that.

So now what do you do?

I don't think you'll see Bo retire here. He's getting through by the skin of his teeth. His luck will run out eventually and he'll only win 7 games. Those in power will throw in the towel then.

That's Bogatory.

I think Papuchis is out the door.

Just from the way Bo took over the Defense yesterday. Papuchis was literally useless in that game.

I haven't seen Bo in the huddle with the Defense like that since 2009.

Like I said though, I don't think Bo sees our Offensive errors as a product of our multiplicity like I do.

So I think the Offensive staff remains the same.

Nebraska can afford $5 million a year for good coaching, but they won't. If the AD extends Bo's contract any more then many fans will revolt.

As it is being said.

It is time for Bo Pelini to grow up as a coach. He was brought in to do what is right for Nebraska, not what is right for Papuchis, Cotton, Dobson, Els, and Beck.

If coaches suck, replace them. The coaches know that is the nature of the business. I do think Papuchis, Cotton, Els, and Dobson suck. I am pretty sure everyone on every other board thinks the same thing.

I actually do not think Coach Pelini sucks. I don't think Beck sucks(he is close), but he is not a QB developer that is for sure. And he gets to enamored of calling stupid plays over and over that are not working, but trying them until something really bad happens. Then, he goes away from plays that ARE working.

Is Tim Beck really worth $700,000 per year?
Is John Papuchis really worth $310,000 per year?
Is Barney Cotton really worth $254,800 per year?
Is James Dobson really worth $235,000 per year?
Is Ross Els really worth $230,000 per year?

Can other people be found for that type of money that are better? Hell, yes. Making over $200,000 per year is a cush job and HUGE expectations should be expected for that kind of money.

Scott Frost is paid around $400,000 at Oregon.
Lane Kiffin is $680,000 at Alabama.

Nebraska is the third highest paid football staff in the B1G. Yet, they are getting constantly beat by the 4th, 5th, and 7th.
