I'll go with Star -- Mostly because I don't think he makes it this long either.
I have no personal issue with you per se, though as I said, sometimes you're too sensitive and find offense where none was meant. It is wearisome to get a few picks, then read two pages of insults. I've participated in several mocks, including a fantastic and organized one on Twitter, for 7 full rounds. No voting, no arguing. Issue two is my own, and not reflective of anybody else on here. I have done my own research, formulated my own opinions and draft board. It's hard to leave things up to ESPNs rankings in the event of a tie, bc I wholly disagree with them. Arguing is cool. Name-calling and useless bickering is a waste of my time.
Wah wah wah.
Why don't you give us your draft board and we'll leave ties up to that.
Childish.
You're a monumental douchebag. That's why I chose not to participate in the draft, to avoid conflict. I forgot that you try to create it whenever possible with backhanded jabs that you can try to deny later on. Fuck you and your laughable attempts to goad me into long, useless arguments. If I want your opinion, I'll ask you for it. Otherwise, get a damn life.
Didn't I beat August last year? I didn't have a fuckin clue.
To be fair, you had one hell of a mock draft.
Well, I would like to finish this one to see how the board does collectively.
However, I would be open to a board mock individually like the NCAA tournament bracket.
Basically, you take all 32 1st round picks, and say what player each team will draft in the first round. This way you do not have to worry about trades really, other than teams without a 1st trading back up into the first to get someone.
Basically, here are the teams picking in the first round, who do you think they will wind up with, regardless of draft position. This way, if you think Philly will trade up to #1 and nab Geno Smith, you can just say, Philly, Geno Smith. This way if they trade up to #1 and get him, you are right. If he falls to #4 and they pick him at #4, you are still right.
With the cost of college players entering the draft, it makes it much more attractive to trade up and down in the first round now, so there could be as many as 6+ trades in the first round this year. That is too hard to calculate.
However, if you know what teams are picking, about where they are picking, and you are using some insight thinking that team will trade up for a certain player, you can just say, Cincinnati Bengals, Jarvis Jones! There is no way in shit that happens, because it would require Cincinnati to trade up into the top 5-8 picks, but you get the idea.
For every team and player you connect correctly, you get 1 point. The person with the most points at the end of the first round wins the draft pool for the board. Sound like fun?
