I honestly think that what will determine if Taylor gets drafted is not his arm....but how he responds in interviews with team officials and if he can show them how to properly read a defense in the little situational tests they will ask

are you kidding? that is very important, but unless he shows something more with his arm, teams aren't even going to be giving him that shot at QB.

The only difference between Taylor Martinez and EJ manuel is that manuel had 2 fewer interceptions, and a completion percentage higher by 4%. Manuel was a first round draft pick

Now there's no way in hell I think that Martinez is first round material. I'm just saying that Taylor gets a bad rap for his motion and it's overblown

Vick came in to the league with a worse looking throw than Martinez. So did tebow. There were huge questions about barkley's arm strength. Gabbert had strength questions and questions about the offense he ran in college. Russell Wilson was considered to small. Kaepernick had waist ions about the offense and his motion.

My point is....all these QBs had major questions. It doesn't take to much to get drafted as a QB. I'm not saying he will SUCCEED as an NFL QB. I'm just saying the chances of him not getting drafted after his body of work and showing legitimate improvement throughout his career seems small

The only chance for Taylor to play as a NFL QB is if another team wants to run zone read like Washington or Seattle or if they want a back-up QB. Martinez would be better off working on his tackling skills after this season. Eric Crouch v2.0

alright, I'll give it to you. I really think it depends on how he does this year. as others are pointing out, right now there are just too many people that see him as an athlete (S, WR) type guy playing QB for us. If he has truly progressed over the summer and does better this fall than last year, I then could see an NFL team taking a shot on him.
