Doesn't sound like he'll be back based on what this writer says. It has to do with the fact that he was arrested most recently after March 11th, which seems to be the retroactive date.

reading that link provided i agree that it does seem this policy was put in place to benefit welker and gordon.


beyond stupid if you ask me...you break the rules under the old agreement so now lets just throw that away.
