Bittersweet day for me in Tennessee

I have friends that have lost or are gonna lose their condos in Gatlinburg due to the fires. On the other end of the spectrum - I have a few friends that were part of " The Tennessee Twenty". For those that do not know what that is- it is a group of 20 people that will split 420 million dollars that they just won from the lottery. That's about 12.7 apiece.

not making fun Romo but its time to drink a cold one in celebration and condolences to friends

never had a friend win the lottery but I have been to a mobile home roast in AZ when my best friends trailer burnt to the ground in the early 80's

Nothing but somebody dying compares to losing everything you own

These are timeshares that people I know have bought. They rent them to others throughout the year so it's basically just a side income for them, which is a a lot don't get me wrong. I live about 3 hours away from the wildfires. It's pretty devastating.

The lottery thing is just awesome. It is a group of twenty office workers that have been buying tickets together for 8 yrs.
