For Moses and us, not so much.

Thought that roughing the passer call was tricky tacky.

i think this is a new rule this season .... not allowed to hit QB below the knee

unless you accidentally role into them

They did change the rule this year. Lunging at or below the knees of a QB will be considered roughing going forward. So basically the strike zone is mid thigh to around the shoulders on a QB in the pocket. Anything else will get you 15 and possibly strike one of two for an ejection.

Yeah, going to be an emphasis on that this year with sacks. Pretty soon the area will be the belly button and 6inches above and below.

You couldn't hit at the knees last year either.

Last year it was deemed you couldnt launch yourself at a QBs knee. This year they tweaked the rule, so even if it was a non-launching tackle, but you aimed for, or ended up hitting the QB at the knees or lower, it will likely draw a roughing the passer flag.
