Cowher is one of the most overrated HC ever. It took him 15 years to win a super bowl. The year he won the super bowl he was lucky as hell to win 3 out of 4 play off games.

He came close to upsetting the Cowboys in 1995, but......Neil O'Donnell.

The Steelers won more than any team during his tenure, and he won playoff games with O'Donnell, Kordell Stewart, Mike Tomczak and Tommy Maddox.

The guy was a great coach.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the issue is. The Steelers had been a mostly under .500 team for several years when he took over and his numbers speak for themselves. It's not as if he was handed the reigns of some powerhouse.
