I can see why this is being viewed as an upset vote. Didn't know that coaches like Dan Reeves & Tom Flores weren't in the HOF.

Dan Reeves has 2 more SB appearances, 1 more AP coach of the year nomination, and 41 more wins... Went to 3 SBs in 4 years

My guess is Dan Reeves (190-165-2 / 11-9*) isn't in the HOF because he didn't win a SB.

Tom Flores (97-87 / 8-3*). Because he didn't win 100 regular season games? That can't be it. Jimmy Johhson's now in & he doesn't have 100 wins. Maybe because in 12 years his last 5 he didn't have a winning record?

Here's a name that has the regular season #'s to be in. But will never get in. Marty Schottenheimer (200-126-1 / 5-13*)

Yep on both accounts. Because if you look strictly at the numbers, in perspective, you would then have to conclude that Sean Payton and Mike Tomlin are HOF coaches.
