Sure but he isnt a top 4 QB. Top 10 definitely but he isn't in the 'elite' QB category yet. Just the franchise QB category

Some guys may still be ahead of him based on reputation. But all-pro voting is based on this year, not any previous.

FTR, I think that Rivers could definitely take that #2 spot. But these voters still consider wins when voting for QBs. QBs that are on teams that are .500 generally don't get that recognition.

Watt's a 3-4 DE, which is essentially the equivalent of a DT in a 4-3.

Yeah, that's always been the case. Richard Seymour was a multiple time pro bowler at DT for New England, and I'm sure there's a fair amount of others that don't come as easily to mind for me.

I could see the case if he'd been healthy longer and played at the level he was when he was healthy for most of the season. But between missed and hobbled time I'm surprised he's still getting that recognition.

dont understand how Jarius Byrd made this list or the Pro Bowl. I got nothing against him, he's a good player but he missed half the year.

It's not so much that people have a problem with Wilson, it's just that Rivers has had a better season. As for winning, that's a team stat and Wilson hasn't been hampered with a lousy defense like Rivers has.

It's a team stat, but good luck doing it consistantly with any roster without a good QB, that includes SD and Seattle. Tack on 4-5 more losses without either of these guys on these teams.
