Biggest Surprises of 2016

This is similar to Bold Predictions and posts about Underrated Players/Teams, but I think it is a bit different in some ways.

What do you think will be the biggest surprises this season? Like breakout offenses, comeback players, career year guys, etc.? Trends between teams that go against the current stream of play (like if all of a sudden, running games were seen as emphasis in NFL, spike in onside kicks, etc.).

Here would be my surprise list

1) With the new Kick off return rules of downing it in the end zone meaning starting at the 25 we will see a huge spike in teams trying to kick it inside the 10 with a high trajectory in the hopes of getting down the field and stopping them before the 25 yard line. We will see a spike in fumbles on kick offs this year because of it. The return of having a great kick off specialist will quickly come back to the NFL.

2) Homer pick but the Broncos will finish as a top-5 team in the league for rushing yards and yards per carry.

3) Keenan Allen will be comeback player of the year. I hate to admit this because he is on a rival team but that kid is special. Injuries seem to be the only thing derailing his career. The Chargers because of a mediocre defense will have to air it out plenty this year giving Allen plenty of opportunities.

4) David Johnson for the Cardinals will have over 2,100 all-purpose yards in this upcoming season and will be recognized as one of the most dangerous weapons in the NFL.

I could see the Chargers winning the AFC West. They're playing for their city this year.

1) The Chargers finish ahead of Oakland

2) Bradford starts a debate on who is the QBotF in Minnesota by year's end

3) The Patriots start 1-3 or worse with Jimmy G

4) Homer: The Chiefs will be top 5 in DVOA... on offense.

Oakland will be in ,and possibly win, the SB.
