At this point with results included I would say Chappy at this point with Adames a possible equal though Cueto had a good run for 3rd behind Bonds and Chappy. Though thankfully Zito had a good playoffs that one year to slightly redeem that awful signing. No one else had much of an impact except for hot streaks.

Actually, Cueto only had 1 good year for us. But that one year was amazing.
