Not out of the question.

I still say regular season 8-8 w/ 20 wins overall, 6th place, and a win in the Big XII Tournament to get to 21 is good enough for a bid to the big dance.

Going 4-2 the rest of the way out is definitely not out of the question.........but in all honesty it's going to come down to this game this week..........we cannot afford to go on the road and not win this game at Oklahoma.

Oklahoma is a team that we match up well against.........we match up better against OU than we do against Okie State. We MUST win this game.

I stayed local the whole time. Went Valentine shopping w/ the kids Friday night, sledding and to Schram Park to feed the ducks and geese yesterday, and to the zoo today.

Personally, I think we've gotta beat either Texas or Misery or BOTH to even be in the discussion for an NCAA bid. Regardless of our overall win total. If you were to blind resume us with like a St. John's our resume would get thrown in the garbage faster than you can say Amukamara.......

They've beaten people, we haven't. If it came down to the committee choosing between a 20 and whatever NU with no quality wins and an 18, 19, 20 win team from another conference with quality wins they wouldn't pick us guys.

Thats the reality. I know you guys want to make the tourney....I do too but I've been saying for what seems like forever that we've gotta beat someone first.

A week or so ago I stated that we had to beat either Texas, KU or both.....we lost that KU game, handly @ home. Now we still have 2 ranked opponents on our schedule. If we go 4-2 with one of those 4 against misery or UT than I'd say we've got a real shot at it.

As always, I hope you're right & I am wrong. I was glad to be wrong about Okie State!

also, don't argue the A&M win too much right now. They've dropped significantly in the eyes of the so called "experts". Nice win, didn't expect it.....right now, not what I'd call a resume building win.

Yea........it will come down to RPI ranking.........it always does. If teams have higher RIP rankings than us, they will be bubble teams before we will.
