Which Is The Better Who Album

 

[Tai Chi≈Surfing]

They're both amazing, and epic in their own right...but one is pretty much an opera (Tommy) and the other is more or less a musical/ documentary (Quadrophenia).

Can't go wrong either way....both are masterpieces imho.....tough call.

Yeah I too went with Tommy IMO it's so well put together it flows better, and the songs as arranged tell the story much better and I too like the songs more than on Quad. Oddly enough my favorite song on Tommy is Sally Simpson.

Wasn't asking what anyones favorite Who album or what the best Who album was. I chose those two specifically because they are both considered Rock Opera's or Rockumentarys.

As I said earlier...it's a tough call between the 2, but I pick Quadrophenia, w/ Tommy a very very close 2nd.

Amazing Journey/Sparks is the best of Tommy for me, though Sally Simpson is darned good too.
