Watch out for Berniedoodles and Trumpers
Up against the best he simply commanded both ends. How good will this 21 year old become Is he our Larry Bird ?
It feels good
How high do you think ?
He couldn't even get a triple double against the Clips and didn't have to worry about PG3 for half the game.....
He's exceeding my expectations. I always thought he would be a little limited based on a lack of elite athleticism.
But Tatum has such a great shot that it opens up the rest of his game. If he can finish at the rim with more consistency he may be able to become a bonafide superstar.
He has also busted his tail on defense this season... that's been as great to see as his offensive emergence.
If Jayson Tatum can get to Tony Snell's level, the Celtics will have another dynasty.
Sounds a much better comparison to me than ...Snell, who is what trojanfan12 suggested as a comparison!Just thought up a comparison...
... Tatum is like a young Carmelo Anthony... except Tatum's trying to play smarter and he actually hustles on defense.
What the heck does that yutz @trojanfan12 know about B-ball, anyways?Sounds a much better comparison to me than ...Snell, who is what trojanfan12 suggested as a comparison!
Why don't you ask him directly? It's not nice to ask third parties...What the heck does that yutz @trojanfan12 know about B-ball, anyways?
You're a font of wisdom, as always. Why don't you ask him directly? It's not nice to ask third parties...
He's got a great body and works a lot, best thing for the Celtics is that he is there with similar age Brown and it causes an internal "competition" on who between the two will "shine" more... It just accelerates things.
If we could have him in the Bucks, he would be the perfect addition for a (short) future roster where he would play the SF in the starting roster with Giannis at PF, Middleton at SG and Divincenzo at PG... Add Valanciounas at Center and you end up with a starting roster that IMO, exceeds in quality the 18-19 Warriors and would last for another decade dominating everything.
Will you sell him to us?
What would the Bucks offer the Celtics for Tatum?
So the Celtics give up Tatum and some scrub for Kuzma, Green, and a 2nd? Celtics might have to add Hayward to make that work.Don't know... What you suggest with your bright mind?
Best I would think at the moment would be a 3-team deal Bucks-Lakers-Celtics... Bledsoe to the Lakers, Tatum and Kostas Antetokounmpo to the Bucks, Kuzma and Green + a 2nd the Bucks have from the Pacers to the Celtics seems quite fair...
