Minn no offense
Dal no defense
Falcons avg all around

Skins best all around team by far.

Took till the 4th quarter for your team to score a TD, but Dallas has no defense.

As you were.

Julio punching Sherman in the head on essentially the final play wasn't called. Refs screwed Seattle over... WTF are you talking about?

lel. I bet SEA fans actually believe this. Sherman can't run for President now because there is tape of his raping of Julio on that last play.

Sherman gets away with more contact down the field than any other CB in the league, by a mile. Revis used to get the same treatment when he was considered to be the best. Good to be the King I guess...

On topic, Dallas is playing the best football in the NFC right now. The offense stands a good chance of getting better when Romo and Dez return - Dak, as good as he has been, does not have the same chemistry with Dez that Romo does.

Can't wait for the Cowboys to play the Vikings.

It'll be good game no doubt

As Vikings are undefeated, hard to say they're not playing the best football in NFC

We haven't even been behind in 4th quarter

Vikings OL, or lack of, could be their down fall

Probably just a coincidence that every week Dallas' opponents QB has "an off week", right? Can't be the defense or the lack of rhythm or anything. Just great luck that no QB, not even Eli in our loss, could really get anything going and is constantly missing receivers.

You are right. Im still in shock Rodgers played like that.

Minnesota is playing great, no doubt. I'm a big fan of Zimmer, so I'm pretty happy to see the team succeed. Very impressed at the resiliency the Vikings have shown after losing their starting backfield. The Vikings would be my second choice in the NFC - that defense is fierce!

Dallas is trending up in a big way. The rookies are starting to really settle in and play well. Reinforcements are on the way with Romo and Dez returns imminent. Dak has been wonderful, but healthy Romo has been a top 5 QB the past few years - injuries not withstanding. Romo to Dez is the #1 red zone duo in the NFL when both are healthy - bar none. I expect this offense will get better upon their return.

Zeke is getting better every week, and still has plenty of room to grow in the passing game. Elliott running behind the Dallas Oline is a lethal combination, and will be very tough to stop going forward - teams will be forced to stack the box to try and stop it, leaving pass defenses compromised. Healthy Romo and Dez will make teams pay for this.

The Dallas defense is playing much better than anticipated. While not great, they are about average - which is a world better than the bottom 5 unit many thought we would see. And they are starting to create turnovers! The pass defense has been a revelation with Jones at FS and Claiborne finally living up to potential.

Dallas has won 5 straight and dominated two very talented team in back to back weeks. With so many guys coming back from injury and young players having huge contributions the Cowboys have potential to improve greatly from within. Tons of reason for optimism in Dallas right now.

All due respect to the Vikings, they are an excellent team. Honorable mention to the Seahawks, but I just don't think they are playing as well as Dallas or Minnesota.

Vikings have a better defense than Dallas and Dallas has the better offense.
Both teams have a reason to be confident. The Dallas/MN match up is in Minnesota

Skins all around best team? Are you kidding me? Have you watched a single game this year? This has to be one of the dumbest posts of the year.

The best team this year in the NFC is the Vikings by far. The Skins as a team are average at best. Yes the beat the Eagles but going into the season many of us had the Eagles finishing last in the NFC East.

The game being in Minnesota is definite cause for concern, Dallas didn't seem to play very well in the old stadium - hopefully things will change in the new stadium. With Dallas' running game, they have the kind of offense that travels well. They went into Seattle in 2014 and had great success. Just went into Green Bay and destroyed the so called "#1 rush D".

Very excited for the prospects of a Cowboys @ Vikings match up. Hopefully both teams can continue their solid play until we get there. Dallas needs to focus on smacking Philly around in two weeks.

and boy did that tune change after 3 games....remember?

long season

Yup.....most of us Eagles fans were leary on singing praises. After the first 3 games I thought we had a shot at the division but after the Skins game I am not sure. Losing Lane Johnshon was a big blow. We have him and the Skins game turns out different.

I am convinced Wentz will be one of the best in the NFL though. He showed a lot being under pressure all game. The Eagles have some holes that will prevent them from making the playoffs now.....1. No Lane Johnsons make the offensive line below average. 2. The receivers were average at best. Something we Eagles fans already knew.

then you were more optimistic than most

I think the Cowboys defensive success can be misleading. Rodgers is off...not sure what is wrong with him. I don't think the Cowboys have really played an offense that is playing well yet. I don't think they will have a problem wtih the Eagles. Wentz can do great things but I think the Cowboys have the corners to easily play man with our receivers.

To think, with the amount of time we are playing with leads in the 4th qtr, the pass defense is probably even a little better than the #'s indicate - considering how the defense has given up the short-intermediate middle of the field to keep the clock running.

Ummm, I thought about adding them, but they clearly need help from the refs to win. So they out.

Whether they got away with a call or not this is an incredibly moronic take. Not sure if you are just trying to poke the bear here but use different reasoning if you don't think they belong in the conversation.

I think this Dallas defense remains better than most assumed then and now.

the corners and safety play has been strong and that has been without their best player for the most part.

Yep....Dallas doesn't look the butt ugly part just yet....time will tell

Byron Jones has been so important. Barry Church is having his best season, that I can remember, all because he doesn't have to masquerade as a FS anymore. When Scandrick comes back healthy, he won't be filling a hole, but supplementing a group that is already getting the job done - the rookie, Brown #30 has been quite a nice surprise.
