Not sure about that though... He does arnold-but then again everyone does arnold... But his voices are generic impressions... for example he will do a flamingo dancer instead of a specific person... i still consider that impressions... But still i am not a fan of his standup... I like him as an actor, but his standup is just too much for me...
Williams always cracks me up when he's a guest on talk shows. I have no idea what he's talking about sentence to sentence though. I can see what you're sayin on the impressions. I just connect impressions with sketch comedy or Frank Caliendo in general.

I just watched six minutes of Neil Hamburger, wasn't the greatest thing I ever seen but it wasn't terrible either... I probably need to watch more...

Sean Rouse is funny. I was introduced to him on the Dave Attell "Insomniac Tour." He has rheumatoid arthritis, which freaks me out because of his hands but he even makes fun of it himself. Dude is funny.

I am just going to say that it is a tie between George carlin and Richard Pryor. I did think Richard Pryor was better at shutting up the hecklers!

best verbal beat down of a heckler ever.

I like a lot of the ones listed and some of the ones mentioned in the posts, but I'm an ol country boy so my vote would be for Jerry Clowers.
