Bogaerts lack of slugging (comparatively) hurts him in the comparison....

SLG:
Bogaerts - .417
Correa - .486
Lindor - .465
yup. for a guy who was supposed to have power, he really doesnt. last years 21 jacks were split 11 and 10 in terms of 1st/2nd half production. he wont come close to 21 this year.

I have heard that Machado is looking to return to SS and will pursue that as part of his Free Agency

Interesting. Hardy should be gone by then for the Orioles anyway, but that's interesting that he will let that play a role in free agency.

I'm kinda surprised that Corey Seager is getting no love at all here.

Lindor has almost matched his season total of HR's last year in a third of the time. Hard to argue with that right now.

I voted for Lindor myself. I'm just surprised that Seager isn't getting any votes.

Right now I'd take Lindor but you can't go wrong with any of the three, really. I love X, too, but he's a tick below to me.

I love Bogaerts, but unless he adds more lift to his swing, I don't see him improving much (at least not in the power department). He has power and he always posted strong power numbers in the minors, he just hits too many ground balls. Right now, Bogaerts looks to be more of a 4-5 WAR shortstop than a perennial MVP candidate (not that this is a bad thing).

Right now, I'd say Seager or Correa. Correa's had the superior 2017 thus far, but Seager had a legit MVP caliber season last year. Correa might be the most talented SS since A-Rod. Lindor's up there, especially if his BABIP normalizes.
